Felt solid, but was pretty sore from the other workouts so I decided not to go for PR's today. Plus, I had shorter rest periods bc I was rushed for time. I had to get the workouts in, then Dr. appointment, then out of town for work. So, given all of that I was satisfied. I'm hoping to get back before the gym closes on Sun. for another Shoulder/Bi/Tri workout.
