Today I tried to get away from doing supersets just to work on strength more. My goal was to try to get a PR for each muscle group. It might be unfair PR's though bc typically I do these as supersets and it's been a long time since I've done them alone. I might try to do without supersets 1 of the 2 workouts each week for a while. (Hard not to superset on Monday due to time and crowded gym.) I did feel pretty dang good, energy/endurance seems to be back. I'm travelling for work this weekend, so I will have to try to squeeze a back/chest workout in at the hotel fitness center... hoping they at least have some DB's.
This morning I mixed my OxiMega greens with ABB's Diet Turbo Lemon Tea. It tasted pretty good, but it's def. a lot better with Green Tea. Again, with this combo I was able to avoid my morning coffee... Considering trying it with Raspberry Tea, but it sounds kinda suspect taste wise. I took my REDuction PM with Melatonin last nite and slept quite well again -- slept through the night and woke up refreshed (without feeling drugged like most sleep aids do). This is a big help for me since I'm such a crappy sleeper. I'm sure it's helping my day and my workouts go better.
