        Day 13, a lucky day

        Wednesday, Day 13

        Exercises
        Seated DB Mil. Press 55x6. 55x8, 60x6, 60x6
        Upright Rows 65x6, 65x8, 65x10, 70x8
        Triple Threat 20x6, 20x6, 20x6**
        Hanging Leg Raises 3 sets of 20
        Flat Crunches 3 sets of 20

        ** The rear delt raises were intense when using the 20lb DBs. The front and side lateral raises were tough too, but I think the rear may keep me at 20lb DBs for a while on this one.

        Triple threat, if you don't remember, is the following :a supersetting of Front DB Raises, Side DB Raises, and Rear Delt Db Raises.

        CARDIO

        30 minutes ELLIPTICAL, Resistance 10, Avg Heart Rate 162

        ** All of the treadmills were being used (someone stole mine ) so I jumped on an elliptical and rocked. The elliptical was SO much easier than the treadmill is, but I miss my treadmill *cry*

        DIET

        Water Intake - 1.5 gallons

        2986 calories
        - 85 grams of fat or 25.61%
        - 240 grams of carbs or 32.15%
        - 316 grams of protein or 42.22%

        AM Weight - 292.6

            With my cousin Amber and her baby? They are still in the hospital in the infant intensive care thingy, basically doing lots of tests and such to find out the options. I'm driving down there after work on Friday (it is like a 5 hour drive) and then hopefully I'll know more. Right now I'm trying to not worry about what I cannot control.

              Just wanted to give everyone a quick update. I am just now getting home from KC where my cousin Amber and her baby were in the hospital. Looks like everything is going to be ok. Little Tatum is out of the ICU, but has a long road still to travel. I will be posting my updates later tomorrow, as I am dead tired at the moment. I did manage to stay on track for the most part. I did not get to train friday or saturday, but my eating was on track still Because of this I'm going to do an additional workout tomorrow.

              Again, full updates later and I would like to thank all of you for your thoughts and prayers.

                    * Legs were tore up, I was literally in tears on the treadmill it was so intense.

                        I know man, trust me. The greyhound tickets are pretty cheap if you buy them 7 days in advance, but since she cancelled the ones I had now I cannot buy 7 days in advance. I sent her a nice long email expressing my feelings on the matter.

                        For those who aren't up to speed, I had been planning on going down to Texas this week to hang out with my (*spit*) best friend Leta and at the same time meet up with John and his friend and hang out for a few days. Now my friend Leta has managed to get a new boyfriend, who she has seriously been dating for all of a few days to a week, and he told her he didn't like the idea of 'some guy' coming down to visit her. She was paying for my tickets down there and because her new guy didn't like the idea she cancelled not only the trip but my tickets. Sometimes I wonder if life just doesn't like pissing on me.

                            That is pretty messed up, I agree with Aries int he fact that she should have let you pay her for them so you could still go down to Texas.
