Probably 1 in 100 people could do even ONE of those.... and decline crunches are just fine for abs as long as you have proper form (you're right about the leg raises).
Yea I know which is why I laugh when I see people say they do weighted leg raises, but yea decline are fine as long as you make it a crunch, I see alot of people lifting from there hips with decline crunches

that's my favorite ab exercise by far.. I do 3 sets of 8-10 with completely controlled movements.. It definitely makes some strong abs out of ya...
Today was day 4 of the 12 week Team Torture evilness! In the gym today it was 'chest/triceps/abs' along with some cardio and there was good and bad news. The good news is my strength was up on the heavy presses and that my cardio was easy, the bad news is that I am REALLLLY doubting if I should be doing some of the exercises with a recently recovered shoulder. Will talk to EME more about the ones in question (db flies and low cable crossover)
Exercises
Incline Barbell Bench - 115x10, 165x6, 165x6
DB Bench Press - 50x12, 55x12, 60x12
SUPERSET WITH
DB Flies - 20x12, 20x12, 20x12
Low Cable Crossover - 40x12 **
Skullcrushers - 50x12, 55x12, 65x12
Cable Pressdowns - 120x12, 140x12, 160x12
Dumbell Kickbacks - 15x12, 20x12, 20x12
Hanging Leg Raises - 3 sets of 15
Decline Crunches - 3 sets of 15
CARDIO
30 minutes Treadmill, 15 incline, 3.1 mph
** Low cable crossovers gave me an instant pain in my shoulder so I discontinued them. This was a VERY light weight used as well. I'm going to talk to EME to see his thoughts about whether db flies and cable crossover are good for my shoulder right now.
** Weights right now are still in progress trying to find the proper working weights.
** Goal with treadmill is to every week up the speed, this week will all be 3.1mph, then next week at 3.2mph.

Day 4 diet was on dialed in like Mustafa's quads on competition day, I think I am getting used to the food items on my menu, and it is only day 4!

That is interesting that the low cable crossovers caused pain, but yet do talk to him. You probably won't do any fly exercises for a while.
Great log so far SCT!! Buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuut....
Your AM weight and PM weight are always so close. My PM weight is usually 4 or 5 lbs heavier than AM... is that weird?
As far as pics, I'm still waiting for my digital camera to get repaired
Well, with me I think it is because I drink SO much water and am so regular in the 'poop' category that the weights tend to run close In addition I also have a low sodium intake which helps with water retention too.
