    i love hittin the sauna after workouts in general..

    or the pool/hot tub.. i swear, something about chlorine reduces lactic acid buildup or something.. i used to just go chill in the pool at my old gym and was never sore..
    even last year after almost every lift i would sit in the sauna, go chill in the hot tub, than hop in the pool for a few minuets to cool the body down so i didnt drip sweat once i stepped outside

      went to gym again today...

      5min cardio warm up -- 1/2 mile

      did an amazing ab circuit

      smith crunches - 3x12 - 140pd
      another smith crunch thing - holding both hands on the side bar to hit each oblique - 3x12 each side - 75pd
      freaking forget the name... put the str bar on your back like squats and just bend at the hips to parallel with floor..than raise up.. yeah.. 5x12x95/115/115/115/95
      super setted in that smith crunches (the 1st kind) - 3x12x140pd

      bridges - 3x - feet eleveted on a bench, arms on a medicine ball
      super setted with more smith crunches (1st kind) - 3x12x140pd

      think that might of been it...

      than i did a lil cool down on the bicycle, 3min mile...

      and finished with a good 10 min sauana sitting... drank tons of water during and made it rediculously hot by splashing water everywhere.. i waited til after 5mins to do that, than in the 9th minute i emptied all my water tossing it on the heater thing and the walls/floor/cieling... haha

      I m gonna moaw the lawn now..hopefully soak the rays up... m ight throw on some lotion, haha.. tonights dinners - #1 = steak #2 - salmon

        bad weekend for the stock...

        polished off my tub of watermelon xtend, lean green, biotin caps, and first bottle of liposolv.. =(

          got a good hour or two of tanning today.. love when its sunny and im not at work!

          gonna ge some update pics uploaded soon.. end of the ironmass competition so i need to for that

                quick update for today..

                ok first off, i am dripping sweat right now. just finished my run..haha

                anyways

                730am - chopped up a tree that fell over in my backyard..took a good 60min.. pretty tiring..got an intense sweat for that time of day going.

                1045 - went to gym, hit chest/triceps/biceps - 5min cardio warmup as normal, half mile

                sat in the sauna for about 10mins after this, the light bulb was dead so i was in the dark...pretty weird.. think i might of talked to myself outloud a little just for amusement, idk

                215pm - went for a 1.5mile run i think.. not 100% on the distance, i knew last summer, i havent wore my pedometer any this summer to know my route distances, i jus run as far as i feel fit too..

                calfs are super sore for some reason, think its the near 1 .5 yr old running shoes i got? lhaha

                now im headin to work tonight 4-11

                this week im changing my schedule a lil

                m - chest/bi/tri
                tu - abs/sauna/ HIIT
                wend - legs/sauna - i might swim afterward for cardio i duno
                thu - abs/sauna/HIIT if able, or a good run
                fri - shoulder/back/HIIT if able, or a good run
                weekend - as much cardio as possible

                gonna semi carb/sodium load - tomorrow to sat im gonna eat 4scram eggs 2x and tun 2x a day plus a protein shake with steel cut oats and a protein shake with waxy maize starch -- starting sunday i go down to 1x egg and tuna, upping grilled chicken breast amount to the diet i was doing for the last month and thursday of that week im off to thaa beach!!!

                  today

                  gym - abs work, 10 min sauna afterward

                  than drove to my old HS and ran some sprints on my old football practice field

                  and worked all night

                  im sore, n exhausted from it all. tomorrow is legs day, so i wont be doin any cardio.. plus i go in to work earlier so i dont want to rush myself all day..

                  overall, the ab work was intense.. i did alot of stuff and variations i havent done normally, so it was good to mix it up some

                    lunges
                    wall squats
                    one leg smith squat
                    calf raises

                    hit sauns for a lil after

                    good burn, feel pretty sick

                    get to go to work now.

                      got a tanning thing today

                      3 sessions for 10bucks

                      tanned for 6mins before doign ab circuit today

                      cardio warmup and sauna postworkout

                      going for a run now.. its only like 110 out so thatll be fun.

                          got the full anabolic inventions isolate sample, plus the excell sample and a pound of cookie mix.

                          gonna buy alot of excell + isolate and chaos when i taste them all and run out of them back at college.

                              i deliver room service food orders at the hershey lodge and convention center in hershey pa. its a big tourist spot in the summer, and large business spot in winter. good $, great $ for a college kid actually.
