    forgetting supps isnt my bad part.. my biggest problem is being able to get enough meals in, find time for meals when im at work..

    red acid + ephedrine hcl really sends your body temperature through the roof... i sweat rediculous all day long.. i cut the grass the other day, was dripping off me.. had a beater on me to whipe it with, and it was drenched by the time i finished the whole lawn.

      I keep two cans of tuna, two oatmeal packets and whey powder at all times. If I'm getting catabolic at work I just get some water, add the protein and drink it. If I have a break and I didn't eat good for some reason, I'll eat an extra packet or oatmeal or take it back after my break. I'm trying to find NO excuses for eating shitty!

      Worse comes to worse, you could always have a protein shake. Kinda frustrating if you're on your 5th or 6th of the day but it just has to be done sometimes.

          its ok .. first time i made it it was raunch, but im used to it now. i been doing like 3 scoops xtend, 1.5 wraath and 1.5 glycergrow

            early morning cardio before eating

            30min prior to jogging i took 3 black hole, 3 red acid, 25mg ephedrine hcl, 2 alcar, 1 rala, 1.5 scoops purple wraath and 1 scoop watermelon giant wpi

            plus a gourd and a half of yerba mate immediately before

            will lift later, gonna try to post exercises/weights this week not diet/supp timing..

            ok..by adding yerba mate .. i am sweating just walking around my room gettin things ready to lift.. lol.. talk about increased body temp..

                  shit i had all my weights typed and clicked a link overwriting them..

                  cardio -5min light warmup

                  DB hammers - 3x12x45/40/40

                  leg press - alot of sets ending at 10x8plates a side, than 3 more cooldowns

                  calf raises - same as leg press but i think i hit 9 or 10 plates a side on this..
                  W bar curls - 10x35pd a side between each calf set

                  ...think i di dsomething else here..

                  leg curls - 12x120/135/140

                  pushups - alot of sets

                  4x12 feet on swiss ball - 2 sets balancing off of one foot

                  4x12 hands on medicine balls, uneven sizes, alternating them so 2x each variation

                          intense.. I usually go in on an extremely empty stomach.. only have eaten tuna and some fats from fish oil pb but i dont have a problem keep the intensity throughout the workout. today I think i might of over done it .. took 2 camp lean green and 2 gourds of yerba mate before i went to the gym.. on top of the red acid + ephedrine a few hours earlier...

                          after the cardio warm up and a few sets of overhead presses i had to sit down for a minute or two and catch my breath. .. i dripped enough sweat on the floor during that time to make a lil puddle, .. it was rediculous

                          I dont really track strength, my main focus right now is on shedding bodyfat while retaining muscle as much as possible.. my weights have gone done, but i feel ive done an excellent job at keeping the muscle mass constant ..if that makes sense..

                            taking day off the weights... recovery day ... plus i got somet hings to get accomplished for grad school etc

                            gonna do HIIT cardio at my old baseball field .. sprrint the foul line, jog 1/2 the outfield fence, sprint to the other foul line, walk 1/2 the foul line, jog half the foul line, and repeat from home plate as many times as possible


                            This morning I tried putting capsaicin 0.1% on my ab area.. i think i may of used tooo much.. i almost puked... and now i have no appeptite what so ever, and dont know when ill be able to put on my first liposolv application.. lol

                            buttt... black hole experiment later , once I feel better.

                              Been there before pusjhing myself too hard and needed a break. Usually happens on leg day for me. One time when I finished I had to lay down n the bench in the locker rom and cool down. I was sweating up a storm.
