        Really starting to feel the effects of my allergies as I do not have as much energy as I did last week and during workouts I am a little weaker and have less stamina. However my weights are still going up and I am completing my workouts and sets.

        I did not warm up my shoulders as much as I normally, mind was a little in the fog and focusing on getting started. However I made it through and had no injuries.

        Cardio

        20 minutes on the elliptical.

          Still feeling the effects of my allergies as I do not have as much energy as I did last week and during workouts I am a little weaker and have less stamina. However my weights are still going up and I am completing my workouts and sets. Tonight was more of a struggle to go and lift as I wanted rest, felt good to lift though! I was running low on energy and bumped the rest time to 35 seconds instead of 30.

          BB curls threw me off at first as I used a bar that weighed 55 instead of the standard 45 so my weights were off at first into my first set of 6s. After I realized what I did I dropped the weight down and finished it out. I found another machine at the gym that went up to 200 for tri press downs and it is actually a little harder than the standard cable press downs so that was nice. I am glad I had a spot for the cg bench as I had trouble on the last few reps of the last set but this also helped me out mentally with the other sets.

          Cardio

          Skipped it as I was exhausted.

              Today was a get up quick and go to the gym workout so I did not have much time for food or anything. Allergies still wearing on me and could feel that my body did not really like working out today.

              The heavier squats felt good today and I could really feel it, my left knee started to get a little warm and tired by the end of the sets but no major pain. No problem with the leg presses or anything else, I did skip calves as my feet are starting to feel better and will probably give them 1 more week off and then get back into it.

              Cardio

              Skipped again as I had no energy left, so I went and walked in the pool and sat in the hot tub.

                Was a weird day, I had on and off energy all day. I am getting over my allergies as I had better sleep last night and am feeling better for the most part. I was pretty tired up to heading to the gym and then the supps kicked in. Hell ya!

                Once I got started there was no stopping me today, had pretty good energy all through my workout and it only got better. I figured out why I am getting worn out on DB flat, as I rest for my 30 seconds I am still holding my DBs on my legs so the muscles are still working a bit. Next time I will put a bench in front of me and rest them on it and then pick them up before the set. Wish I had a spotter today as I could have gone heavier on every exercise but flies but still got one killer workout today.

                Cardio

                Did 20 minutes on the elliptical today, 10 minutes was at a medium/fast pace and then the last 10 minutes was HIIT style. I would do a 30 second sprint and then a medium pace for 1 minute then repeat all the while the elliptical was changing angles. Was a great session, I can’t believe I just said that!

                  Still recovering from my allergies and lack of deep sleep so was still a little groggy today but for the most part felt pretty good. Had ok energy and was in a pretty good mood all day.

                  Workout went pretty well, went up in weights on some exercises. I rushed through a lot of it due to it being finals week and had to get started on my paper.

                          He is redefining the image of the IT guy, no longer will IT guys get yelled at and threatened by fellow employes, instead now the IT guy will be asked 'please' and told 'thank you' and be treated with RESPECT!

                            DON"T THINK SO! VPs, directors, and managers still think they are above you. I have almost hit the same manager 2x. My department labeled me as the Office Linebacker! If only I could really do that. People use to take a double look cause 4 of us (2 left) all worked out and were not typical.
