This is a dream come true....
Age: 22
Sex: Male

Weight: 163
Bodytype: I'm at like 7-9%, ectomorph all the way
Training experience: I have been training for over 8 years now. I am obsessed with bodybuilding, and use to do a bit of powerlifting until I got mono in 2004 and really screwed up my goal for the state record bench.. I started lifting in 1997 at 103 lbs... Didn't know what the hell i was doing all of junior high and high school. Been lifting serious in college. Have a horrible habit of not having a good appetite so i have to force feed myself when bulking. My metabolism is absolutely sky high, so gains have always been a bit hard.
Just some stats:
Best Bench:
225 @ 145
250 @ 165
245 @ 160
200 x 8 currently
195 x 10 currently
Squats I don't do because of a car wreck
Deadlifts I do occassionally (rack pulls) can go into the 350's moderately easy... I do yates rows for 195 x 4
Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible):
Monday- Arms (biceps triceps)
Tuesday- Legs (quads, hams, calves)
Thursday- Chest (Chest and Shoulders*)
Friday- Back (Back and shoulders*)
I have extremely bad shoulders from years of sports and lifting, sometimes I do shoulders, most of the time I train them about one every 2 weeks.
Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible):
None...
Current supplements (exact brand/product name):
dymatize mega milk
Cell volumizing product from Royal supplements that isn't out (creatine, bcaas, glutamine)
Regeneration X by ALRI
random vitamins (mainly C)
Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible):
Dirty Bulk... it really varies, i try to get at least 3000 calories... Carbs have always been friendly for me so most of my calories come from that. I eat at least my body weight in protein.
Current Daily water intake:
Hmm... not exactly sure. I get enough I figure.
Short Term Goal: 170lbs at my current bf%
Long Term Goal: Obtain my natural pro card (never competed so far, so it may take a long ass time)
ANY and ALL Prescription / Non-Prescription / Recreational drugs:
None... Ibuprofen when I get migraines

Are there any plans for single serving packets? Or is this product not something will noticeable effects from the initial doseage?
I have unlimited access to food 3 times a day. But right now, even with shakes and other meals I'm only managing to get around 3250 kcals/day. I've been having a hard time packing down the food because I'm really not used to eating (and I don't like eating) 3 massive meals a day.
I just want to see if the product really works before buying a bottle.
