I blew my rotator cuff about 3 months after a car accident in which i busted the middle heads of my should blades. Im better now, youll be fine (although i dont bench without a smith machine..)

Since I already ordered the tubs, I thought I could stop the shipment of the free samples so someone else could have them.

Got mine today, trying them on thurs. I just figured GM for pre and PW for post. I start cutting for my competitions in just under four weeks so if the samples are good, I might need to pick up some tubs (or the rest of the cutting stack.). I was also wondering if Empire Nutrition (Canadian Distributor) has any plans or distributing the whole line in Canada? I can only find Green Bulge and White Blood up here. Are other products not making it across the border??

the gm is pre, the pw is pre and during. make sure to let the pw sit for 10-20 minutes once mixed so it can fully dissolve.

empire picked up most of the line and we will have a brochure soon as well. they are slowly rolling most of the products out to stores, but if you go in and ask for the product they will get them in that particular store faster.
