              Either you didn't do it right or you failed the test as you are still a live!

              Sounds pretty tough, I use to pick up tubes of sand and move them from one end to the yard to the other or carry a couple of bickets filled with either rock or dirt. This is fun cardio!

                    hehe...

                    well today i did shoulders/bis/arms..

                    went up to 225 on military press.. Did 225x8 no problems..
                    then went to do side laterals, used 55lb dumbbells and cranked out 8 of those.

                    for biceps, I did dumbbell curls today. Went from 35 to 85lb dumbbells. 85s went for 6 reps.

                    Finished up with triceps, which I did close grip bench.. Went up to 315x5.

                    Before my workout my boys were in the gym bench pressing.. I got antsy and had to bench just a lil bit

                    I did 315x1 and then 405x1 and decided that was enough shananigans without any kind of warm up

                          Do you do those bent elbow or straight armed? I think my arms would snap in half if I tried them straight armed.

                              i do em 90% straight I think? I do everything I can to make sure the stress is on my shoulders and not on my wrists or elbows.

                              when I was curling the 85s it felt like my head was gonna pop off, lol...
