yesterday I managed to bench 315x7 again.. Haven't done a good bench in so long I almost forgot how to place the bar right... Basically the 7 reps had 7 different places where the bar touched my chest,

well, i really like functional strength, and it doesn't seem like if i did it slow and controlled that I'd generate much power since power = force x speed.
today was a easy leg workout.. The only thing I did was 3 sets of walking lunges and then 3 sets of calf raises... For walking lunges i went up to a 145lb barbell..
