      doing everything twice a week and doing fewer exercises and sets each time has me growing like a freaking weed... I am now eatting whatever I want and still about 225lbs, which is about the same as I was on the day of the shoot.. However, I look even better now (fuller muscle bellies) and my strength has rebounded like a rocket..

      today I was able to do 3 plates on the incline press for 7 full reps!!!

      For my back today I did barbell rows.. I went up to 295x7

        yesterday i did 405x2 with a spot on the bench... then proceeded to do 100x20 on incline db press.


        my friend was like "wtf, was that 20?!?!?"

        i looked at him and was like "yeap "

        hehehe... i wish we had heavier dbs here

            i've used 150s before.. never higher than that...

              The bad thing about the 170s is they are so tall when they are up on end, makes it hard for DB bench. When I do them the top of them are even with my head, looks pretty funny. They are great for DB rows!

                        ate out of a sick person's popcorn bucket, drank out of her cup with the same straw, and ate from the same plate of food... and expected not to get sick....



                        WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!


                        could only workout for 45 minutes before all strength left my body... grrr... didn't climb out of bed until 3pm... BLAH!
