yesterday i did 405x2 with a spot on the bench... then proceeded to do 100x20 on incline db press.
my friend was like "wtf, was that 20?!?!?"
i looked at him and was like "yeap "
hehehe... i wish we had heavier dbs here

let's see... I'm a moron.. yeap...
ate out of a sick person's popcorn bucket, drank out of her cup with the same straw, and ate from the same plate of food... and expected not to get sick....
WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!
could only workout for 45 minutes before all strength left my body... grrr... didn't climb out of bed until 3pm... BLAH!
