Car pushing has become easy.. I can now push both for power and for distance... I love it!
if you ever have access to at least a 70 pound punching bag, throw it over your shoulder and run up the stairs, throw it down, sprint down the stairs, sprint back up, pick up the bag, sprint down, throw it down, sprint back up, repeat repeat repeat until you die. this was one of the best exercises that ive done that tests mentality, power and endurance.
Either you didn't do it right or you failed the test as you are still a live!
Sounds pretty tough, I use to pick up tubes of sand and move them from one end to the yard to the other or carry a couple of bickets filled with either rock or dirt. This is fun cardio!
