    Comments:
    WhiteFLOOD-Once again today I had excellent vascularity in my calves and thighs. Energy and focus were decent today but nothing to really rave over. Focus increased a little into the workout but energy stayed decent.

    GlycerGrow-No soreness today at all which felt nice, but I am not out of the clear until tomorrow morning since that is when it hit me last time. Fullness is very good not just in lower body but in my upper body as well. I am really liking how the fullness effect is staying with me.

    GreenMAGnitude-I can definitely feel increases in strength but did not bump up the weight today because I wanted to concentrate more on form and make sure that I was “really” ready to increase next workout…I am.

    PurplE WrAAth-Recovery is going very well as of now and am feeling no soreness what so ever and feel great. Rep-by-rep recovery is also very good and I am now experiencing basically the best of both worlds in terms of recovery. Stamina and energy were OK as mentioned above but this really seemed to help keep the “decent” levels stable throughout my workout.

      WhiteFLOOD-Another great day of calves “blowing up” after cardio, I love this look. Energy and focus were once again peaked today and got a great cardio workout in. It was one of those days where I wanted to keep going LOL.

      GlycerGrow-This morning I was a little sore in my thighs and calves but subsided after I took my shower. Very good fullness and vasculartiy however and is still with me now.

      GreenMAGnitude-Nothing to report on here but as usual am getting psyched about tomorrows workout already .

      PurplE WrAAth-Recovery is going great both in overnight recovery and rep-to-rep recovery. The focus and energy boost really helped right before cardio. Stamina felt increased today as well and that is one of the reasons I just wanted to keep going…..because I could.

        Comments:
        WhiteFLOOD-Focus was very good today, I really needed it also considering that the air-conditioning was off in the gym today. Energy was good also and got a very intense workout from both these being high. Pumps were very good in my chest today after bench.

        GlycerGrow-I was quite sore today in my thighs but nothing too excruciating, even though I didn’t even want to walk to class. Fullness still going great along with prolonged pumps and vascularity. I have a feeling that I will be quite sore in my arms and chest tomorrow morning however and will report on that then.

        GreenMAGnitude-It felt great to increase my bench today and can’t wait until I am back to benching my bodyweight again, new short term goal for me! Feeling very good to me making strength increases right now and can’t wait for more to come.

        PurplE WrAAth-Recovery is going well still and was good in all places but my thighs which are still a bit “tender” feeling. Rep-to-rep recovery is still good also and is really helping me to push out those last few. As I said above focus was much needed and was delivered, this really showed me how much this actually helps because usually when it is as hot as it was today I really start to slack off…..and I didn’t!!!

          WhiteFLOOD-Today was another very intense workout and had great energy and focus. Pumps and vascularity were good in my calves but were lacking in my thighs. Endurance felt greatly increased today during leg presses.

          GlycerGrow-Pumps were very good in calves as was fullness, this is a great feeling to be getting on a normal basis. Well soreness today was only present in my biceps which was far less then I was expecting. Feeling very good right now in all areas.

          GreenMAGnitude-Nothing to much to report on here, still feeling good and reps are still becoming easier. Will be increasing weight on leg presses and last set for lunges hopefully next workout

          PurplE WrAAth-Rep-to-rep recovery is going great I am feeling very little fatigue and am able to get great form on those last sets. Focus as I said above was also very good today along with some nice stamina and endurance.

            Comments:
            WhiteFLOOD-Energy was very good as usual and really helped me during pull-ups. Focus was good and really kept me in the zone going into cardio after bandwork and pull-ups.

            GlycerGrow-Very good prolonged fullness in calves and chest. Chest especially felt huge after cardio, kinda strange but nevertheless felt great.

            GreenMAGnitude-Felt a little better during pull-ups but nothing that noticeable.

            PurplE WrAAth-Recovery was great today both from yesterday and today during the workout. No soreness this morning except for a little in my thighs but went away after I took my shower. Once again as I said above focus was good and got a nice boost of energy right before cardio, giving me a very good session.

              Comments:To start off with I am extremely happy with my weight right now. I now I still have a long way to go but it feels great to accomplish this goal. As for the other numbers I am pleased with most of the increases especially in chest, shoulders and thighs. The only two that I am not that "happy" with are the waist and hips but I just have to tell myself that it's going to happen to a certain extent and that I just have to make sure it doesn't get out of hand. Once again feels great to reach 160lbs and I can't wait for this upcoming week!!!

                Comments:
                WhiteFLOOD-Today energy was just decent I didn’t really feel the “shock” that I have been getting. I had to have my pre-workout meal a bit late so I am hoping that that was the main reason, we’ll see tomorrow. Focus other the other hand was good and could concentrate great just less energy. Vascularity was very good in forearms and biceps today.

                GlycerGrow-Yesterdays off day was much needed and felt great, no soreness at all to report on. Fullness and pumps were/are very good and is still have a very good prolonged effect.

                GreenMAGnitude-Chest felt great today after increasing my last set to 150. I can’t wait until I get to benching my bodyweight again, I feel so close being only 10lbs off. Strength gains overall are going very well so far and are definitely noticeable.

                PurplE WrAAth-Helped a bit during workout to keep some energy going and noticed a boost but still small in comparison to what I have been getting accustomed to. Recovery is still going well and was able to get good rep-to-rep recovery and feel great now as well. As of now the only areas that I feel I could be getting DOMS would be my biceps and chest as they are somewhat “tender” now but not sore.

                  WhiteFLOOD-Much better energy today then yesterday. I really think that my later pre-workout meal played a factor in that. Focus and pumps were good as well and have great vascularity calves and quads.

                  GlycerGrow-This morning I was a bit sore in my biceps but nothing too bad, and was more or less gone a few hours into the day. Vascularity and Fullness was very good in my calves and quads. Also one more thing I am a bit sore tomorrow and hope that tomorrow morning it wont be as bad as last week where I didn’t even want to walk around campus.

                  GreenMAGnitude-Nothing new to report on here, but am still feeling good and am confident that I am making solid progress towards a increase in lunges soon.

                    WhiteFLOOD-Very, very intense workout today, great energy and focus. Pumps and vascularity were also good in biceps and forearms.

                    GlycerGrow-Fullness is very pronounced in chest and all over my arms. Vascularity was very good as well especially in forearms and biceps. No soreness today either which has been a nice relief from how it was last week.

                    GreenMAGnitude-No increase in weights today but still feeling good with good form and getting all my reps. Putting up 150 today even felt a bit easier but that could have been from the intense amount of energy I had.

                    PurplE WrAAth-With the great energy that I got already from WhiteFLOOD taking this during workout just kept the level up and made for another great upper body workout. Loving the recovery benefits that I am once again getting from this product. Overnight recovery is going great and am not having much if any soreness in the mornings. Rep-to-rep is still going good as well and am putting up the reps with great form because of it.

                      WhiteFLOOD-Energy today was good but a little less then it has been the rest of this week. Focus however was noticeable high and really helped me push through lunges. Good pumps in calves as usual.

                      GlycerGrow-A bit of soreness in my upper body this morning but went away rather quickly. Very good fullness and vascularity in my calves, still “blowing up” nicely.

                      GreenMAGnitude-Nothing new to report on today, however next time I work my lower body I will be increasing in lunges.

                      PurplE WrAAth-Nice energy and focus boost today during workout and really aided in a good overall workout. Recovery is still going very good during the workout and besides that hour in the morning overnight recovery is going strong as well.

                        Comments:
                        WhiteFLOOD-Excellent focus and energy today which made cardio go well after pull-ups. I also got a nice pump in my chest after pull-ups along with my calves after cardio.

                        GlycerGrow-Good all over fullness after the workout. Calves got really nice vascularity as normal after cardio. No soreness to report on today either.

                        GreenMAGnitude-Today I decided to switch it up a bit and try for higher rep and less weight for my last set of pull-ups, and it felt great. Other then that nothing really to report on here, but on Monday I will be hopefully increasing my last set of bench.

                        PurplE WrAAth-Really felt the stamina and endurance benefit today when I did the higher rep amount and then went straight to cardio. I felt really fatigued, in a good way, finished off the rest of the shaker bottle and was ready to go! Recovery is going great and have not had any recent soreness to complain about(Knock on wood LOL).

                          Comments:I'll start off by saying that while I am very disappointed that I have not gained any weight this week, I knew that this time would come and that it was inevitable. All this means for me is that it is time to up my calories a bit to get myself to a new caloric excess of gaining at a good rate. Getting that out of the way with I do want to say that according to the numbers and how I just am looking I feel that I still have gained muscle this week. The numbers indicate that I have actually lost around my waist but gained in my chest and thighs. These increases I feel are muscle gain because again image and the fact of my lifts increasing. So this week was not a complete loss but rather a minor setback in my overall plan. I am hoping that this upcoming week has some better gains in store for me.
