Day 37-Lower Body Workout 11
Total Workout Time- 1 Hour
Comments:
WhiteFLOOD-Once again today I had excellent vascularity in my calves and thighs. Energy and focus were decent today but nothing to really rave over. Focus increased a little into the workout but energy stayed decent.
GlycerGrow-No soreness today at all which felt nice, but I am not out of the clear until tomorrow morning since that is when it hit me last time. Fullness is very good not just in lower body but in my upper body as well. I am really liking how the fullness effect is staying with me.
GreenMAGnitude-I can definitely feel increases in strength but did not bump up the weight today because I wanted to concentrate more on form and make sure that I was “really” ready to increase next workout…I am.
PurplE WrAAth-Recovery is going very well as of now and am feeling no soreness what so ever and feel great. Rep-by-rep recovery is also very good and I am now experiencing basically the best of both worlds in terms of recovery. Stamina and energy were OK as mentioned above but this really seemed to help keep the “decent” levels stable throughout my workout.
