    Worked the Moxie Madness this weekend. (CrossFit team competitions) Had a lot of fun judging. Was pretty tired so didn't train Saturday or Sunday. Thought about taking today as a rest day since I did so much running around this weekend but went in anyways.

    Slept for 12 hours last night. Although I had shitty dreams and woke up in a funk. Didn't eat breakfast or even have a protein shake, just rolled out of bed and went into the garage.

    I've decided I like doing front squats before my sots. It helps loosen my hips up for the sots and I'm able to do the presses without coming onto my toes.
