    Meet results from Boss of Bosses 2 this weekend.





    Squat: 407.8# (21# pr) IPL WR; passed on 3rd attempt
    Bench: 181.5 (only hit opener) Went straight for a pr on bench at 209 but it just wasn't there today. Passed on 3rd attempt
    Deadlift: 418 (5# pr)
    Total: 1008 (5# pr)
    Good day. Took home a gold in 165 Classic raw (only one in my class. ) and Masters

    About 3 weeks out from Boss of Bosses 2. Hitting openers this week followed by overloads.





    If all goes well, a 400# squat will be in the books.

    Been a while since I posted. Still lifting. Right now I'm about 4 weeks out from the LA FitEXPO. This will be my first time competing there. Should be fun.

    Last heavy week. Next week will just be openers followed by a rest week. 305 felt easy so instead of 315 (314 was last meets pr), I went for 320. Bar was a little far, than on the 330 was a little too close, hit my knees. Still got it.
