Controlled Labs Tester Request
Some new pics a little better shots but my web came sucks... just finished my bulk, went from 180 to 200. Currently only supp I'm taking is protein because I work for a non-profit and I'm broke the rest of my supps ran out three weeks ago. I have been lifting for about 4-5 years now, have gotten serious in the last year. I was always a skinny guy and was determined to put on some mass. Over the past year i have put on 25 lbs of muscle and will continue to do so. I used to competitively ski race which involved intense dryland training in the off-season (that’s how I go into lifting).
Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible):
As of lately I have been doing a 5 day split that Ddawg designed for me. It is roughly a 5x5 routine. Has been working really well so far, great strength increases!
Monday=chest
Tuesday=back
Wed=legs
Thurs=shoulders
Fri=arms
Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible): Not too much in the gym but I mountain bike for about an hour 2-3 times a week.
Current supplements (exact brand/product name): GG, GB, dymatize xpand, Hp Cee, ON whey, Hp Green tea, Now Adam, Omega 3-6-9, Universal Uni-liver
Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible): I eat a clean diet with about 6 meals a day. Usually this includes chicken, steak, oats, eggs, tuna, brown rice ect…
Current Daily water intake: I aim to get about 2-3 gallons of water a day
Short Term Goal: Within the next month I aim to gain 5 pounds of lbm
Long Term Goal: By October I’d like to weigh a lean 180, and increase my flat bench by 30-40 lbs
ANY and ALL Prescription / Non-Prescription / Recreational drugs: none/none/have a few drinks once a month
Supplement history (as much detail as possible): I have tried many whey proteins finally realizing that I am partially lactose intolerant, have tried pretty much all types of creatine, NO products, glycerol products, stims, have NOT tried PH products
Other product reviews / logs you have done (with links): none as of yet BUT will be doing a Red Acid one later in the summer/fall
