  • steam room.....olalaa... does your gym have a sauna, hot tub, and the works too?!?! I could go for some of that...best part of a la fitness/golds type place!!

      Yep. It's a 24hr Fitness aka club fluff and puff. Steam room, my fav, sauna, whirlpool/hot tub and lap pool. The thought of a public hot tub really repulses me. On another note my legs are still screaming.

          yeah...public hot tubs are kind of gross.. but if you sit in one after an intense workout its like heaven..... it cant be much worse than a public pool right?!

            My prob. with them is a bunch of hot sweaty over weight people in a small confined hot tub. At least public pools appear cleaner and do not have the occasional brown foam.

            • Hit legs today. 2nd workout after 4 wk layoff for strained l thigh. It started acting up again but by the time I hit squats it started to go away.

                • Hit 30 minutes of interval training on the treadmill followed by some ab work.
                  3x15xbw swiss ball crunches
                  3 sets of 1x5 leg raises,1x5 reverse crunch then 1x5 leg raises with reverse crunch followed in succession x 3 sets.

                  • Had an awesome chest workout 2 days ago. Chest was pumped and really full. The wife even commented on how it looked bigger. Yesterday was back and cardio. Back is really sore. Especially deep down. Cardio was HIIT x 30 min on the tread. Todays cardio was 45 min on treadmill followed by 10 min steam room session.

                    • Today was shoulders and abs. I wanted to do cardio but ran out of time. I am going to have to adjust the FST-7 regiment to my time restraints.
