mr. aries has officially started his bulking season.. It's been 3-4 weeks since I have started this.. I'm commited to eating 3 steaks a day and about 6-12 eggs.. Lots of protein shakes and weight gainers..

The difference between this year and the other years is that I will be doing cardio this time just like I was in the summer months..
