                      • had the workout of workouts today.. it was sick!!!! It lasted so long I thought I was gonne die but I literally destroyed every exercise that came along the way...

                        Shoulders/arms

                        military press: 135x15... 225x14 .... 275x5
                        lateral raises: 40x12... 50x12... 60x10
                        rear raises: 50x12... 60x12...
                        shrugs: 225x15... 315x12... 455x8... 500x6 (I think)


                        close grip bench press with cambered EZ bar:
                        45 each side x 12
                        90 each side x 12
                        135 each side x 4

                        rope press down: 3 sets of whatever weight was on the cable machine.

                        bicep curls with dbs: 40x10, 50x10, 80x7 + 50x3 + 40x3
                        ez bar handle machine curls: 2 sets of whatever was on the machine.

                        the workout took about 2 hours and I almost passed out afterwards
