    I am really enjoying this new and improved ab routine. It’s great to feel myself getting stronger in that area. I worked on the stretching a bit more today then usual as I was a little sorer in some areas. Threw in a couple of added stretches and hit some areas more then normal. Cardio went well also and am still sweating a good amount during. Very happy with the increase in weighted knee raises, not sure when the next increase will be but I’m guessing sometime sooner rather then later. Fullness is still good in and out of the gym but vascularity has seemed to decrease a bit in the gym. Vascualrity outside the gym however is staying constant.

    Side Effects
    Intense DOMS this morning hit both upper and lower body. Stretching as usual helped out immensely and am feeling pretty good right now, outside of some soreness still lingering in my hamstrings. Acne is clearing up nicely and is almost all gone, definitely happy to see it go. Aggression and libido are still going well and libido has actually seemed to increase from where it has been stable the past week or so. We’ll see if this level keeps up.

      Today’s workout went very well, I had an INSANE amount of energy, I can’t figure out why. I hit 190 on bench and it felt amazing, I think I could have gone to 5 but didn’t want to push it too far. I will be moving up in a few different lifts come Mondays workout. Can’t wait to bump the curl up to 105! Fullness is still good both in and out of the gym. Vascularity is staying constant now but is still less then it was. Perspiration was high today but not like it was for Mondays workout.

      Side Effects
      Nothing too bad in terms of DOMS today, everything was pretty mild outside of some slight soreness in my hamstrings. Acne has almost disappeared and is looking good. The combo of Oxy Clean and some prescription stuff has proven itself to do the job. Aggression and libido are still high and have not dropped in the least..

        Comments And Thoughts
        Very good workout today, everything was on track and felt great. Next week I will be switching back to one legged leg presses, which I am really looking forward to. Also on Tuesday I will be increasing in seated calf raises and hopefully SLDL's as well. It's awesome to see my lower body strength increasing in this magnitude. Tomorrow I will be trying dbc's circuit ab workout, can't wait to try it out. Fullness is still going great and am looking very "pumped" throughout the day.

        Side Effects
        Biceps and chest were really the only areas that were effected by DOMS today. Little soreness elsewhere but nothing that didn't go away after a few minutes of waking. Aggression and libido are going very well and are still high. Very pleased with how low the sides have been, almost nothing to complain about.

          Today I tried a new ab circuit routine and all I can say is….WOW. Very intense and can definitely feel the burn. My ab routine seemed to be lacking a bit at the beginning on this log but it is now set and going strong. Bandwork felt very good as per usual and am feeling very loose right now. Cardio was intense as well and felt very good to stride out the last bit of tightness in my legs. Perspiration is still high but has gone down somewhat.

          Side Effects
          DOMS today were definitely present in my lower body, especially in my hamstrings and quads. As I said yesterday acne is gone and is not a problem anymore. Aggression was down a bit but libido has not dropped in the least. I'll keep a closer eye on aggression in the upcoming days and workouts. Nothing else new to report on in terms of sides.

            While I would have preferred more of a weight gain this week, it’s hard to be upset with weight gain, increases in measurements and a drop in BF%. Very happy with the forearms and chest, the increases are definitely looking good and can’t wait to compare my before and after pictures. Not too happy about the waist gain but my midsection is looking more solid so I’m not too upset especially given the drop in BF%. I think the results this week show that I made a good decision to try out the “Bulking for Endomorphs” diet, it seems to be providing the results I thought that it would. I will be increasing calories for this upcoming week, not sure where yet though but calories will be bumped up. I will post the changes when I figure out where the increase will be. Again happy with the numbers, hard to be too upset when I gained muscle and lost fat.

            Side Effects
            Mild DOMS this morning in my hamstring and biceps. Soreness is pretty much is gone already but thought t was still worth noting on. Well I thought that the acne was all gone but when I woke up this morning I had some signs on some occurring on my shoulders again. I’m going to jump on this a treat it quickly and see if I can stop it before it gets worse. No changes on libido or aggression from last update and will update again if anything worth noting happens.

              Another sick workout today! I decided to switch up my bi/tri routine a bit to more supersets. Really like the intensity and volume that I get from doing it this way. I like both ways of doing bis/tris(this way and my previous way) and will be switching between them as I see fit. I increased on shoulder press today, definitely needed and felt great. Bench also went well, 190 is feeling much easier then last time and am hoping for another increase come Thursday. That would be a great way to end the log! I will in addition to that increase hope to bump up in lat pull downs and rows.

              Side Effects
              Nothing really to report on here besides the bit of acne that showed up yesterday is going down. It seems to start to spring up and then subside pretty quickly. Pretty sore right now as well. Aggression and libido are still high and have not lowered except for the one day last week where aggression was down a bit.

                Well I switched back to OLLP's today and I still love them. The intensity is off the charts and makes for a sick leg day. In addition to switching that up I also increased on seated calf raises as well. Hopefully for Friday I will be bumping up in SLDL's. Everything else is going well and am looking forward to working abs tomorrow on the circuit.

                Side Effects
                Definitely pretty sore today in my arms and chest, soreness seemed to linger around most of the day but was gone by workout time. Acne is down but still somewhat present on my shoulders. Aggression and libido are high as per usual.

                  Really great ab routine today, I liked switching from the bar to the floor and then back to the bar. Raised the intensity to a whole different level and felt great. Cardio and stretching worked out the tightness that I was having. Still getting good fullness throughout the day and in they gym. Hard to believe that tomorrow is my last day with this log.

                  Side Effects
                  Pretty intense DOMS this morning hit both upper and lower body. As I said above it was worked out by stretching and cardio, a bit still present as of now but nothing too bad. Some added acne starting to appear on my shoulders, will hopefully be able to combat it before it gets too out of control. No drop in aggression or libido.

                    Couldn't have been happier with how this last workout went. I ended up getting the bench weight that I was hoping for today while increasing in other areas as well. In addition to the bench I also increased in shoulder press and BB curls as well. The strength increases on this log have been outstanding; they have exceeded my expectations for this log. This is hard for me to believe because I usually make my expectations quite high in order to push myself. Again workout went great with no negatives today at all.

                    Side Effects
                    Hamstrings were pretty tight when I woke up but went away and loosened up after my shower. Acne is still a bit present on my shoulders but has gone down from where it was in the past few days. As of today as well aggression and libido are still quite high, I'm gonna have to call the GF and make sure I take advantage of my last night on ActivaTe.

                      I am extremely happy with how the measurements turned out this week and over the entire course of this log for that matter. I finally crossed the 175 lbs mark while being able to keep BF% more or less steady. I am very pleased as well with the increases elsewhere and keeping waist and hips steady this week. Also I had my blood pressure rechecked and it had actually lowered. While every person obviously reacts differently I can say for a fact that X-Factor has no negative effects on my BP levels. We will have to wait until the results for my cholesterol readings. Everything is definitely looking up and I can only expect more good numbers in the future. I leave for my vacation/off week today and will type up my final review hopefully during that shitty drive. Before that gets up I just want to thank all of you who followed along and gave me amazing support. I appreciate it more then you will know and I will gladly support you in the same way you have supported me. Thanks again guys!
