        First off I want to say that stretching was much needed after the great workout I had yesterday. I was very tight this morning and it felt great to just work it out. Shoulders were a bit sore today for some reason but felt much better after a few isolated stretches. Once again today after cardio I was sweating profusely and was just like the last cardio session. This once again proves to me that Wednesdays increase was due to the cardio and not to the added supplements and that it has in fact leveled off where I had originally thought as of now. Feeling some good strength increases on the pull-ups, definitely not feeling as tired after each rep while having good controlled movement and form. Next Saturday I will be increasing some weight for this exercise. Fullness was great throughout the day and was amplified after my workout. Vascularity in my calves was very good after cardio.

        Side Effects
        Solid continued sleep, still with no morning lethargy or grogginess. I almost want to experience this just so I can understand the feeling that the ones who are affected by this get. Knees were somewhat sore after cardio but are definitely a lot better then it had been last session. Skin is still kinda oily but no signs on any acne. As I said above DOMS was present in my legs but nothing too terrible and was worked out during stretching and light cardio. All in all so far minimal sides, so I am quite happy thus far.

              Wow all I have to say about this weeks numbers is…wow. I am extremely happy with everything really. The only thing that I am not crazy about is the gain in waist size but I m looking more muscular and not just “bigger”. Everywhere else though I can’t complain in the least, up 1.5 lbs in total bodyweight and an increase in almost every muscle area. Also I’m not just seeing good numbers the mirror is also telling a good story as well as the compliments that I have been getting from others. Can’t wait to continue my journey and hope to continue to see great things.

              As far is the off day is concerned were going to a state park for fathers day so it should be nice to get out into the woods and have a nice relaxing day. I really like getting out and doing something active so I hope that this off day does not seem to drag on like most.

              Side Effects
              This morning DOMS were not bad at all and just had some slight soreness in my upper body from the pull-ups. I was surprised that I had no soreness in my legs since I normally have a little the day after. Knees are feeling great today also, no pain or soreness whatsoever. Sleep is still going great and there has still been no lethargy present in the mornings. Other then that noting to report on in terms of sides.

                Comments And Thoughts
                Getting really excited about the bench numbers, on Thursday I’m going to be making the jump to 165! Everything felt great today, the day off was much needed and was nice to just relax. I upped the weight in shoulder press today and was definitely ready for it; I think that for next lift I might even up it again. BB Curls are feeling a lot easier then it was last week and the week before and I am almost ready to increase the weight there as well. I am really feeling some very nice strength gains thus far and can only expect things to get better in the future. Having good increased fullness both in the gym and out, really liking the overall full feeling that I am getting. Vascularity is getting more noticeable as well and is becoming very prominent in my forearms and biceps. As far as the sweating is concerned it is still at the same “leveled off” spot as last week.

                Side Effects
                As a nice bonus to the deep sleep that I am getting, I have been falling asleep very quickly the past few nights. This in addition to the deep sleep and only waking up about once a night has left me feeling much more refreshed in the morning then I was before and I was feeling good before anyway. No DOMS this morning at all but some soreness now, all over really, and feel that I am in for some nice DOMS tomorrow. Knees are feeling great now and hope they stay that way through my lift tomorrow and cardio on Wednesday. Oily skin is still evident but seems to not be contributing to any acne, most likely because I am washing my face a lot and not just with water

                  Good workout today, felt really nice and just ready to tear it up. Lunges were feeling very good so I decided to add another set of six in the middle and it felt great. When I bumped the last set up to 75 lbs I was expecting it to be a lot harder then it was. I felt like I could have actually maybe gone up another 5 lbs but didn’t want to push my luck. Leg presses also felt great today and am most likely going to be increasing here as well come Friday. Fullness is very good along with more increased vascularity. Calves are pumped and bulging almost all day, I wish I could wear shorts to work! Sweating was intense today, more so then yesterday. I think that the “level off” point has increased because this was not a more intense workout then yesterdays, so it will be interesting to see what perspiration is like on Thursday.

                  Side Effects
                  DOMS was very intense this morning and was affecting my entire upper body it felt like. The soreness is still with me now a bit but not nearly as much as it was in the morning. On a good note though joint pain in my knees are down substantially and are feel much better. I hope this continues and keeps up. Oily skin is still present but no acne to report on. Sleep is still going well, deep and sound, with no grogginess or lethargy in the mornings.

                    Stretching was great today and was much needed due to a vast increase in DOMS that I will talk more about below. I even added a few extra stretches in there just to get some more motion and try and work out some of the soreness. Sweating was increased as well but more due to the cardio then anything else as I figured out last week. Once tomorrow's workout comes I should be able to tell where the perspiration has "leveled off" for the time being. Fullness is very good and had a great pump after cardio. Vascularity still seems to be increasing nicely. Can't wait for the workout tomorrow.

                    Side Effects
                    Wow, and I thought that yesterdays DOMS were intense. Todays DOMS were the most intense that they have been. My entire body really but mainly my chest, quads and biceps were throbbing. Although the pain did go down as the day went on it still stayed elevated up until I started my stretching. Feeling a bit sore now but nothing too bad, stretching is a life saver. Skin has gotten a bit oilier but still not anything extra washing can't take car of. Knees are doing great, soreness is down substantially. Sleep and all that is still going well with no lethargy to report on.

                      HOLLA, I successfully put out 165 lbs on bench and it felt great! I actually think I could have gone to 170, but there's next time for that. Not only did I move up in bench today but also increased in shoulder press. Needless to say that this was a very intense workout! Energy was high and focus couldn't have been better. As my other lifts go I am hoping to increase a few reps on DB overhead press come Monday and will hopefully increase my BB curl on Thursday if everything feels the way I am feeling now. Sweating was about at the same place as it was on Tuesday but was a bit higher just because of the high intensity that I had, which surpassed that of Tuesdays. So overall I sweating from the supplements is again leveled off for the time being. Fullness, pumps and vascularity were all very pronounced today both after my lift, obviously, and throughout the day as well.

                      Side Effects
                      Surprisingly DOMS were under control this morning and had very little soreness at all. The bandwork and cardio are making a great recovery aid, which I knew they would. On the other hand DOMS as of now are becoming more and more prevalent and again feel the same feeling had after my last upper body day. I am in store for some more quality soreness tomorrow. Skin is still a bit oily but still nothing too bad. Everything else is the same, sleep is still great and lethargy is no where to be found.

                        Pretty good workout today, not the same intensity as yesterday but wasn't that surprised. Today I decided to do one legged leg press and let me tell you that it is INTENSE. I was sweating a ton and really felt great afterwards. My quads and hams are quite sore right now and am expecting them to be even more sore tomorrow. Fullness throughout the day was very good and was amplified along with vascularity during my workout. Vascularity was very impressive in my calves and looked great. As I said earlier perspiration was quite high and I think that it might have increased more but it could have just been due to the new leg press exercise that I added. We'll have to wait until next week to see how it is.

                        Side Effects
                        DOMS today were not as bad as I though that they were going to be but were still quite evident. Soreness was mainly present in forearms, bis and tris. I was expecting more in my chest but it could still be on it's way. One thing was really painful today was joint pain in my elbow. I woke up and it was just stiff as hell and hurt A LOT. After my shower it felt a bit better but did not really become more tolerable until about 4 hours after I woke up. Feeling much better now though. Knees on the other hand are feeling great and had no pain in them at all during or after my workout. Still getting great sleep and still have not experienced any lethargy.

                          Pull-ups today felt great, it almost felt as though I didn’t have any added weight at all. Definitely feeling some very nice strength gains and can’t wait to see what’s in store for the upcoming weeks. Cardio was intense with the incline and lead to a lot of added perspiration. Also after cardio vascularity in my calves was amazing as were pumps. Pumps were also good after pull-ups and stretching but were not as pronounced as they were after cardio. Fullness throughout the day was good as well, and am really starting to fill out my clothes nicely. Starting to fit into some of my older shirts that I really like, WOOT!

                          P.S.-Can't wait for the weigh-in and measurements tomorrow

                            Well, first off I want to say that I am very happy with most of the measurements this week. The only one that I am not thrilled about is the over two pound a week gain. While I know that it might not all be “real” weight gained(i.e. added water or shit) I just really liked seeing the 1-2 pound a week increases. The only other place that I’m not too crazy about is the gain in my waist again. It’s kind of weird though because I lost in my hips and I am actually looking better, so the gain is the waist might not be such a bad thing. I am very pleased with the continued gains in my arms, chest and shoulders and it is really showing outside of just the measurements. One thing this week that I’m also very excited about was a gain in my calves which had stalled out the past few weeks. Overall I am pretty happy with the gains this week, and think that the positives outweigh the negatives, that are not even that bad in the first place.

                            Side Effects
                            This morning I had some DOMS in my arms and quads but nothing too bad. Chest was a bit tender but not enough to call DOMS IMO. Joint are feeling very good, and have no soreness at all. Oilier skin still is not appearing to increase acne anywhere but I am doing a good job of washing much more often. Last night I had a harder time falling asleep then the past few nights but still slept very soundly. I also remembered one of my dreams from last night and it was another good one.

                              Comments And Thoughts
                              Today's workout went much better then I had expected it to go. I knew that I was going to be pumped for it but had no idea the ease of which all the reps were going to feel. My chest had a huge pump after my workout and looked great. Benching 170 today did a ton for my motivation, I didn't think it could really go any higher then it was already, I was wrong. I also increased on Lat pull-downs a good amount. I had started on my first set and it just felt way too easy so I bumped it up to where I could get my reps but still be pushing myself. Thursday I will be increasing on curls, as they felt so great today and could have got more reps then I did. As I touched on a little bit already pumps and fullness were very good and are still getting better. Vascularity is also increasing and is becoming more and more noticeable around my shoulders and arms. Perspiration is high but has not gotten any higher then were it was last week.

                              Side Effects
                              DOMS in my quads and hamstrings were intense this morning, and really caught me by surprise. They did however go away after a few hours but can still feel quite a bit of tightness even as of now. I also have some soreness now in basically my entire upper body, I'm wondering how DOMS will be tomorrow since last time I didn't seems to have much when I thought I would. Skin is staying the same and has not had any increase in acne, still somewhat oily however. Still very happy with the sleep that I am continuing to have and with no morning grogginess.

                                Comments And Thoughts
                                I am really loving these one legged leg presses, the burn I am feeling is great. The reps felt a bit easier today then they did last Friday but didn't move up yet, I wanted to make sure that I could perform all reps with perfect form before moving ahead. Since I did I will be increasing some weigh for Friday's workout. SLDL's went pretty well also but don't think that I am ready to move up quite yet. As for lunges I went for 75 lbs for 6 reps and it went much easier then I had anticipated and will try for 8 reps come Friday. Fullness and pumps were great again throughout the entire day and were incredible during and after my workout. Had some sick vascularity in my quads today as well as my calves. Perspiration was high but at the same level as it has been for the past few workouts.

                                Side Effects
                                DOMS were intense as hell today! I woke up and was sore all over, legs included. My chest, shoulders and biceps were the sorest by far but were closely followed by forearms, triceps and back. The least sore but sore nevertheless were my quads and hamstrings. The soreness in my legs subsided by about noon and didn’t affect my workout in the least. Right now everywhere is sore. Knees felt a bit sore during leg presses but were nothing that was that bad, just something to make note of. Overall though they have been feeling much better, the joint formula I believe has helped a great deal. Oily skin is still the same and I am just washing my face almost as much as I wash my hands, LOL. Sleep is still good and dreams are coming back and I am being able to remember more and more of them. If this keeps up I might just open up a new line of adult books.
