    Dosage:
Two (2) full scoops mixed with 25 oz. of water 5 minutes pre-workout.

    Energy/Focus : 9.5/10
Felt awesome today, almost perfect. It's really not nearly as hard to workout in the morning as I thought it would be. Possibly it's the WF fooling me??

    Pumps/Vascularity : 9/10
Great pumps in the lats. I can see the wings coming in more every back day. Pretty consitent pump in the bi's, too.

    Stamina/Endurance : 9/10
Felt good again today. I wasn't fatigued at the end of my workout and felt like I could keep going if I had more time.

    Recovery : 8/10
Pretty good day in terms of recovery. Took my time in between some sets, but felt as though I needed little rest time.

    Sides/Other Notes :
Another solid workout on the FLOOD. I really, really don't want to workout without it, but it looks as though my time is coming to an end in a short while. I'm thinking about purchasing Ragnarok or Chaos next, for anyone who cares.

      Dosage:
      Two (2) heaping scoops 5 minutes pre-workout.

      Energy/Focus : 10/10
Energy was awesome again today. I was very focused on each repetition and nothing seemed to bother me today.

      Pumps/Vascularity : 9/10
Great pumps today, especially after the crossovers. Veins were sticking out everywhere and vascularity seemingly is increasing by the day!

      Stamina/Endurance : 9/10
Stamina was good today. Felt good almost as good at the end of my workout as I did at the beginning. Right on.

      Recovery : 10/10
I went fast today, and my workout didn't suffer in the least. Little rest time was taken between sets and I felt great. I'm surprised more-so with the DB benche recovery than anything else.

      Sides/Other Notes :
Nothing really to report today. Had another good workout. I'm really starting to dig these morning workouts. If I could only switch the morning crowd with the 4 o'clock crowd it'd be perfect. Some things to note is that I am still having very, very vivid/long dreams. I'm usually not much of a dreamer, but since starting WF that has changed. Also, my days have been pretty messed up lately. I'm just going by feel as of now and plan on getting back to my normal routine by the end of the week.

        Random Ab Workout

        **PR

        --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

        Dosage:
Two (2) heaping scoops mixed with 25 oz. water 7 minutes pre-workout.

        Energy/Focus : 8/10
Kind of a weird day today. I was extremely focused on everything - 10/10, but, I was very tired throughout my workout. I actually almost fell asleep when doing abs.

        Pumps/Vascularity : 7/10
OK pumps today. Nothing far above average. With the volume and amount of reps and supersets I truthfully expected pumps to be better.

        Stamina/Endurance : 8/10
I felt pretty good in terms of stamina. I wasn't really too much more fatigued at the end of my workout than I was at the beginning.

        Recovery : 9/10
Once again, I took little time in between sets and still felt great. Recovery was what I've come to expect.

        Sides/Other Notes :
Todays workout was decent; nothing out of the ordinary. I'm very happy with the PR's on shoulder press. The 60's really felt light today for some reason. On a side note, it's raining outside which means that I have the day off. I'll probably just lay around and rest for a while. Yeehaw!

          Energy/Focus : 10/10
Awesome energy today. Felt great my entire workout and was very, very focused. I was in the zone.

          Pumps/Vascularity : 8/10
Pretty good pumps today. Not quite as pronounced as on previous days, though. After the wrist curls my forearms actually hurt when I tried to move them.

          Stamina/Endurance : 9/10
Good stamina today. Wasn't very fatigued at the end and pushed through my workout with ease.

          Recovery : 10/10
Awesome recovery today. Very, very little rest time was taken in between sets and still felt awesome. My workout did not take long at all today.

          Sides/Other Notes :
Another one in the books. On a side note, my diet has not been clean at all lately. I was up to 160 lbs. a little over a week ago which I was very happy about, but ever since I started working I lost a ton of weight; I was actually down to 151 a few days ago (not sure what the scale says now). I've been trying to get my cals and carbs in any way possible as of late. On another note, it looks as if either tomorrow or the day after will be my final day for the FLOOD. !! It's definitely gonna be weird working out without it. I'll definitely be picking up another tub, more than likely in the fall. I'll have my final review up probably on Saturday or Sunday, along with new pics and measurements. To tell you the truth, I don't think I'll be very satisfied with the results. I think I'm going to try a new routine after this log. We'll see.

            Energy/Focus : 10/10
Awesome energy/focus today. I felt absolutely great from start to finish..

            Pumps/Vascularity : 11/10
Some of the best pumps I've ever gotten. Chest was swole and triceps were pumped more than I can ever remember. Vascularity was obviously great, too.

            Stamina/Endurance : 9/10
Stamina was high today. I wasn't very fatigued until the end of my workout.

            Recovery : 10/10
Took less than 20 seconds between most of my non compound lifts today and still felt great.

            Sides/Other Notes :
Great workout today. Everything was almost perfect. The rubber band benching was suggested by a guy who supposedly benches 667 lbs. I've never tried this type of resistance training before and it was extremely difficult. One more day of the FLOOD

              Dosage:
Three (3) heaping scoops mixed with 25 oz. water 7 minutes pre-workout.

              Energy/Focus : 10/10
Awesome energy and focus today. Felt absolutely amazing.

              Pumps/Vascularity : 10/10
Pumps were great. Skin tearing, vein bursting pumps! Awesome!

              Stamina/Endurance : 10/10
Felt great from start to finish. Nice way to really exhaust my muscles at the end with the run the rack presses.

              Recovery : 10/10
Little time between sets, still felt strong. Rock on.

              Sides/Other Notes :
What a way to end it; strength, pumps, focus, energy, stamina, and recovery were all amazing! I used three scoops because I figured I'd rather make the most of my last day than go with 1.5 scoops over two days. Final review will be posted either tonight, tomorrow, or sometime very soon. Be on the lookout!

White FLOOD has become my favorite preworkout stimulant/no cocktail to date. It delivers in each and every way that it claims. Strength, pumps, recovery, stamina, energy, and focus were through the roof almost every single workout while taking the FLOOD. I really enjoyed my time logging White FLOOD, and I will truely miss training without it. I would like to thank Tank, Pt, Ddawg, Cervasa, and the rest of the fellas at Controlled Labs for letting me be one of the first people to test White FLOOD and for consistently being there to help me along the way. You truely have an amazing company and it shows by how fast you guys are growing in the bodybuilding world. After having tried Green MAGnitude Purple WRAATH, and now White FLOOD, I am a firm believer in Controlled Labs products and will be a returning customer for as long as I pursue my bodybuilding dreams. This log/review was completely unbiased, and hopefully will be used in the future for anyone who is considering purchasing White FLOOD by Controlled Labs. After pictures and measurements will be posted shortly.
