Energy was great today again the PW and AMPED together gets you moving and pumped for the gym. Strength is coming back pretty fast after taking almost two weeks off. I am ready to start increasing some weights. Pumps were great. Can't wait to do deads tomorrow. Legs are killing me today, its expected but just hope they feel better for deads tomorrow.

Good workout today really starting to feel good. Strength is back, staminia is a little less then I expected but its all coming back alot faster then I thought it would. I did get 405 on deads today x 3, which I was very happy with. I thought I was going to pop a blood vessel in my head I was so red in the fast lifting that 405. Wasn't as easy as it was pre vacation but hey still did it so I am happy. Energy through the roof even after deads I had a ton of energy. Which is great especially after heavy deads which normally takes a ton of my energy and strength out of me. This stack has been great, within a few days I am back pretty much were I lift off even after taking 2 weeks off. Again great energy and focus.

Another good workout, energy again is great. I feel great and pumps are crazy. I ahd to stretch several times today during my workout because of shoulder pumps. I am really starting to feel strong in my lifts, Very nice so far
30mins of light cardio on the treadmill today. Recovery has been great this week. I may start hitting my chest twice a week to see if I can spark some growth in my chest. May hit it again tomorrow morning. This is just a thought, but since I think my recovery is faster due to the EAA's and BCAA's in both PW and AMPED I feel good enough to try this out. Hey its always good to shake thinks up. My chest has been a weak spot to me so change can be good. I guess time will tell........

OK yes that is chest again this week. Well recovery has been great, so to try and spark better growth in my chest I thought about hitting it twice a week instead of just once.Toay instead of doing arms I did chest and tri's and moved bi's to Saturday with cardio. I am hoping this may help change is good in bodybuilding so I am keeping my fingers crossed and lets see what happens. I did this with traps hitting them twice a week, I know they are a small musle group but it worked and my traps grew. I will listen to my body and see whats its says. If I feel like I am over training then I am done with this time will tell. I am doing this because my body is recovering very fast and my strength has been great. I am starting to feel the aAnagen and Fenotest kick in. Even picking up the weights in the gym is easier. Again we will see what this split brings. I am feeling great.

How do you do your rear laterals bent over or on Incline bench? What type of grip do you use (palms toward each other or facing your body)?

I use an incline bench with palms facing each other. I do switch it up with my grip and also angel of the bench. I love doing rear laterals I think it really puts some nice thickness to the shoulder, I also love the rear pec deck when trying to hit the rear delts.

I miss having a rear pec deck! I switch between palms facing each other and facing me (great isolation).

I liek to alternate the grips. I love the rear pes deck.... it sucks you guys dont have one. I use to neglect my rear delts so bad, but I really hit them hard now. It makes a huge difference in the shoudlers and the upper back

Well went out last night with the guys and sure did pay for it in the gym.... Hangover workouts suck but they do help you get over them pretty fast. Despite the hangover I felt good in the gym and was happy with my workout. My chest is a little sore from yesterday. Great pumps and energy which I really needed today was thier like always. Also did 20mins of cardio on the treadmill.
