    ummm .. week 2-3? didnt really feel anything.. i just got noticably bigger and stronger. when i got really high at school a few times during the log all my larger muscles twitched kind of (legs, calfs, biceps mainly) that was pretty nuts. lol and when i drank more than 5 beers i puked, so watch out for that one..l!

        Recovery

        Well I must say I am not sore at all today. I feel tight but not sore. I guess the real test on recovery will come after leg day but shoulders feel great this morning

          Daily Review
          Well I am not happy with my strength. Well I I guess a week partying in Aruba didn't help at all I am sure I will be fine and will be back up where I need to be. Although I wasn't smashing PR's I had a great workout and my arms are done. Its been about 3 hours since I lifted and my arms are still heavy and pumped. Again the PW and AMPED combo got my energy fired up. I was sweating throught my whole workout like I was doing cardio. Again focus and energy up and recovery from shoulders last night is great. Can't wait for the anagen and fenotest to start kicking in so I can see some gains in both size and strength.

                      intense i do bike resistance pre + post workout on wends and for some reason shoulder/back is always cra zy for me..

                        My legs ae still sore from legs on wed. You'll bounce back in a week or two so lets start setting those goals again and getting ready to preak em'.

                          Yeah I am not looking forward to leg day tomorrow I know I am going to hvae a hard time on those stairs yeah my gains will come just a matter of getting back into it.

                            Cardio


                            30mins of light cardio on the treadmill today. Must say that my arms are sore from yesterdays workout. Also have had a slight headache the last two days probably not getting enough water so I will increase water consumption today.

                              Alright leg day. Well I am actualy pretty happy with the numbers especially the squats I was kinda scared going for 405 but felt good at 315 so I went for it. Really started to feel the strength come back. Energy is through the roof. AMPED and Purple Wraath together is one awesome energizer. I am not sure if its the Fenotest and Anagen but with my last stack taken the blue up made me sweet a ton. Well today I was dripping sweet just felt like my body temp was raised. I like that feeling working hard and just shirt wet from sweet makes you feel like your workout was intense. This was one great workout. Not looking forward to the morning like always after legs STAIRS SUCK.
