      Measurements (in inches):

      Chest (directly across nipples): 45.25 (same)
      Shoulders (directly over the middle of the delts): 53 (+0.25)
      Arm (over peak): 16.75 (same)
      Forearm (2" below elbow): 12.50(same)
      Thigh (8" above the knee): 23.75 (same)
      Calf (mid calf): 15.5 (same)
      Hips (directly over the glutes): 40.00 (-0.25)
      Waist (3" above belly button): 36 (same)
      Abdomen (directly over belly button): 37.5 (+0.25)


      OK here are the first measurments. Again I am not happy with what they say but I do feel stronger and tighter. Hopefully the next measurments will show some better results.

        Daily Review
        Today in the gym sucked. Just really a bad workout. I felt weak from the start. Unmotivated. Not Focused. Squats despite the numbers really sucked. On squats during squating 405 on my last rep my third I went down and couldn't press through the squat and had to drop the weigth off my shoulders. That really pissed me off and I just felt like I shouldn't even be in the gym today. Like I was not worthy of lifting after rolling the weight off my shoulders. Man I hate bad day in the gym. 315 today felt like it was 50pounds heavier then normal. I guess a bad day in the gym is better then no day in the gym. Today my goal was to add reps to my 405 squats an attempt to add an additional 20lbs today, well I failed, I hate failing, today was a failure in the gym.

          Daily Review
          Much better day in the gym. Actually the incline 100x10 press was a new PR so that made my day after a bad workout yesterday. I had to double up on back and chest today due to my work schedule tomorrow and weds. It sucks I won't be able to hit the gym these two day. Felt really good and strength was great today. Made up for yesterday I hope. Recovery has been awesome and amped and PW make one great energy boost wow

            Cardio


            Despite a 10 hour travel day plus a 4 hour sales demo I did manage to get a 20 min cardio session in today. The amped and purple wraath despite being exhuasted got me in the mood and through my cardio.

                      Good workout today felt good overall. I was dead ass tired before my workout almost skipped it today, but I decided to take my supps and see how I felt. I must say after getting amped and PW in me I had no doubtsabout hitting the gym. within 15mins I was psyched up and ready to go.

                            High volume leg day really wanted to kill them and I did. Almost throw up everything a few times but my legs are dead. Today they felt like they were going to rip they were so swolen. Well having a hard time walking can't wait for tomorrow should be fun walking those stairs. Pumps were unreal had to stretch throught the workout just to get them to move. Oh I hope recovery is good this week I am going to need it

                                High volume chest day. I loves throwing in high volumes days once in awhile to really shock my chest. My chest is done swolen and fired. I even had a hard time getting up off the floor. Well I wasn't going for strength today but with all the sets and reps again my staminia and my lifts felt strong.
