      • ez bar curls bar+11
      • Machine row 55*
      • Chins practice
      • Cable Flyes 66
      • C/g bench 55 (+11lbs)
      • D/b Reverse lunges 33* (increased reps)
      • D/b incline bench 33* (+5lbs!!!)


      Duration: ~105min

      Cardio: Am:

      Circuit
      Jog..squat kicks ...squat jumps....Jumping jacks...shuffling...random stuff

      Duration: ~30min

      Notes:

      Increased on a few lifts today which I'm happy about - finally got those frkn 33s* up for inclines... been stuck for months! I think I can increase on deads next time, they are getting easier... and I am starting to enjoy lunges - if only I could get a proper grip... they always slip... I wonder if there's palm antiperspirant.. lol


      Nutrition

      ~2000 cals ( I think.. I'm going to a Korean BBQ for a 21st birthday tonight!! Cals should be in check though...)

        Hey Pu, mirror is telling me that not a lot of changes have occurred... but I do feel as though I have increased a bit of muscle and strength... been asked a few more questions on bb, I'll post them here

              we used to have to those in the fire academy i took this last semester...those are a good overall workout..thanks asianbabe, i think i might start doing those in the morning.

                  • Hello everybody, just in case you guys have been missing my gripping daily updates... I have some horrible news...

                    so last night at the gym I injured myself doing bench because my FRKN spotter wasn't watching... basically I don't think I had my grip properly even though it is a weight that i'm used to.. maybe I was kinda fatigued as well... but, accidents happen

                    big 40kg bar hits ab's little jaw

                    result = much much much mucho pain.........

                    went to the dr late last night and gonna get some x-rays done later today...
                    been crying a lot, gahhhh pain pain pain, it hurts to eat, basically feeling very sorry for myself... and gonna get nightmares about benching now.

                    sigh.. im not a pretty sight right now .. very bruised/bleeding/sore in general

                          Damn !!! Best wishes on a full 100% recovery girl !! Keep your head up and stay busy / active with something positive if you can to keep your mind from dwelling on anything negative.

                            so after a day, things have not gone worse which is good. Jaw isn't broken, just a bit swollen and bruised..

                            In the meantime expect a final review in the next few days or so...since I'll be bumming at home most of the time.. This has been a marathon log!
