    isnt the whole Mentzer/HIT thing based on training body parts to failure every 7-9(14) days. ( i could be wrong im still trying to learn this HST thing i like it i notice alot of improvements in what i did)

    i guess what i would say is if you got the "ganas" you can get big doing any routine as long as you know what works for you and get rid of the things you feel dont work

      I work out everybody part twice a week and i have seen amazing gains. I love it, everyday is great for me.

        O, and who ever said its cant be done unless you dont train with intinsity, I TRAIN EVERY WORK OUT WITH INTENSITY! So i beg to differ.

          I think Dee was just saying that it "can't be done in his experience"... I don't think he was making a blanket statement.

          I'm with you... I generally like to hit everything twice a week. A couple things that have helped me recover faster:

          1) Pre-bed meals
          2) Hyper Hydration
          3) Purple WRAATH
          4) High calorie intake on off days
          5) VERY High protein intake

            I agree on what has helped with recovery. As far as Dee, well he needs to clerify it because it is pretty blanket.

              Can even add to that: Contrast showers, Epsom Salt Baths, Massages from your girlfriend, Swimming in the Pacific Ocean

                        in regards to that type of training with splits etc and resting the muscle group for a long time i believe it helps growth if you lift heavy and with intense form, i should know its pretty much what i have done for ages.

                        kicks some serious biatch

                        and pu12eng12 how will hyper hydration help? how much water we talking here?

                                i think you can get big on 5 day splits one part each day but its not the best way to do things
                                so far in everything i have tried 5x5 hs been the best for size and strength
                                starting the week after next i will be tryin kelly baggets bber program which is a upper/lower program that i am pretty pumped about
