isnt the whole Mentzer/HIT thing based on training body parts to failure every 7-9(14) days. ( i could be wrong im still trying to learn this HST thing i like it i notice alot of improvements in what i did)
i guess what i would say is if you got the "ganas" you can get big doing any routine as long as you know what works for you and get rid of the things you feel dont work
