          Few questions DD -

          1) I've never seen a Tbar like that, with the weights on the back, is there an advantage to a machine like that?

          2) There a reason you're doing shrugs while standing on a box?

          Like PT said, MONSTER!

            1. Yes, you do not have the strain on the lower back by it pulling you forward and it allows you to lock your body in for proper form.

            2. Because I am short and makes it easier to get the bar back in the rack. We only have 1 squat rack so I use this rack instead.

Thanks for the comments guys and more vids to come in the future. Hopefully in a month or two my legs will be back and I can get some leg press vids in.

              Great lifts ddawg!
I really like that T-Bar. My gym has the regular one and it doesn't feel right when I go heavy. Gotta get them to buy that one

Thanks, I love our machine. I grew up using the traditional one, forgot what it was like.

Being short does have its advantages for some exercises but others it really sucks. Intensity rounds it out!

Ok, finally got some more updated videos for you all. The TBar Rows were feeling light up till I hit 725, even then it was not a heavy weight but more struggling with the leverage. My problem is that the weight in the front pulls me forward and I cannot stay in my stance well enough. Still I was pleased with the 3x725.

My attempt at 725Lb TBar Rows:
