you said you do 20 min of Cardio when cutting, what type of cardio is it? Do you run fast or walk on an incline and get your HR at its fat burning zone.

run, kickbox, push cars, jump rope.. Those are the 4 typical things I do for cardio.. I think walk on an incline is bullshit.. If i'm gonna do cardio, I'm gonna at least do something fun and productive.. There is no way I clip myself on a treadmill and waste 20 minutes of my time feeling like a lab rat.

I've seen your supps jump around abit as far as the test booster and fat loss choice. Any reason for that? Is Red Acid or Blue Up not as effective for you or do you just cycle between brands to freshen things up?

it's always wise to tailor supplementation not only to your diet/training regimen but also your time commitment, rest time, and other changing factors in life..
What I use are not constant, because when things are constant, nothing chances.. Just like a workout would have to be changed, no matter how great, so must supplementation..
While CL supplements are top notch and work well for me, a little rotation is always a welcoming change..
Also something of note: if we never try new things, how do we understand the meaning of progress, or have the drive to make any?
