        pullups are my weakest exercise .... been doing negatives and static holds to help increase the number of reps

          bicepts as well but not due to injury just due to i hate doing curls. but i try to do movements that bring them into play to try and gain some strength in them sadly its not going to well i can barely curl the 45lb dumbells for a full set of 8 and my straight bar curl is close to like 75lbs i would say. small numbers when you compare to the tricepts where i can push alot more(guess the heavy bench helps this out alot) like seated tricept extensions with the 115lbs for 5 sets
