In order to continue the productivity of this thread until we see some pics I'm interested in knowing how well the SAN shredded worked for you John. Was it a really noticable difference? If so, when did you start to feel it was most effective? I'm assuming when using diuretics the lower your body fat at the time the more you notice a difference but thats just guesswork. I might take one here in a few weeks before hitting up the beach but I figured I'd get the D/L on em first.

hmmm... i would say that it takes at least 3 days to kick in so your best bet is to take it 4-5 days before hitting the beach... water restriction on the last day should do the trick, just make sure you ain't sitting in the hot sun on the beach chuggin' beer... If you end up in the emergency room, dont' dial my digits

opps, i was dehydrated all spring break cuz of the shredded. HOWEVER, i still drank like a champ. id wake up the next moring still ripped cuz the alcho dehydrates you even more
