lol let me explain the photography business. let say theres a shoot. most sessions/clients will be scheduled to come back a week later to look at proofs and within a week or two come in to order picture collections. in terms of Commercial Advertising, the same theory applies, only they dont order proofs because the company having the work done usually buys the copyright to all the photos to use as they please. the proofing process usually takes a week, but in this case, the working being done is more than a typical client, so these things take some time
