      dude ur crazy. i used to go to gym at 6am, that was early enough for me. riding my bike there at 5:30am. but i must admit, i was at my strongest strength increases back then.

        I'm not arguing Being sane is boring anyway!
        I'm just more of a morning person. By the time I get to the gym I am ready to go. When I used to workout in the evening I was more likely to be tired by the time I got to the gym. Early morning workouts also get's the metabolism going ahead of time as an added bonus.

        With my as of yet unknown new schedule starting next week I may be forced to workout in the evening . . . I'm not sure yet. I guess I may see if there is a difference in the 2 work out times.

            You most certainly can!!!! I plan to go tomorrow after I take my mother to her doctors appoitment. I will most likley go Saturday too, since Sunday I will be gone all day. (grad partys)

              I wouldnt mind working out that early. It must be nice to get it done 1st thing in the morning. The earliest I can go is a little after 8am. I drop my kids at school then go, but I dont know what is going to happen during vacation! lol

                              I had a good cheat day yesterday and this morning I'm back to my diet.. It's going great and I'm definitely below 8% bf now... hehehe... 2.5 weeks to go until miami...

                                Thanks, I feel much better today. I'm still stuffy but its not going to keep me home!
