Yea the chips on the bottom of my shaker cup was a pain, I was ok come to poppa to each chip. Yea, who reads instructions anyway, plus when I get something with instructions, its in every other language then one I can understand. UGh. yea, I should just buy some, I do like cookies. Hey maybe Ill be enough and leave some for SANTA too, becasue SANTA needs to stay healthy and strong to deliever me all my supps..

Thanks for the info guys it does help me for what to do in the futre, or rather what NOT to do.

I now know that probably quite a few people didn't read the instructions. Now that I think about it the only 3 people I have seen post about the instructions and the informaition about our other products were women.

I am guessing you guys also didn't see the 10% discount code I sent out with the samples?

Any suggestions how to do that better with the instruction and discount code? Any ideas would be GREAT!

The information sheets are now up to 3 as we now have Cycle Support whose description takes up an entire page.

BTW if you order ONLY a pound of cookie mix or even 2 lbs you will automatically be OVERCHARGED on the shipping. Probably will be charged approx $9. That is because both USPS and UPS systems charge this but in reality I can put the cookie mix in a $4 shipping envelope.

No worries you will be refunded $5 CASH inside the package when you receive it. OR if you prefer just order 1lb and in the comments section say EXTRA lb of cookie mix and we will just send you 2 for the price of 1.

There was a discount card in there, then I didnt get one . I know I would of noticed that unless its with the instructions. I was so happy to get my samples, I wanted to try them all out. So in two days I used them all. SO I guess nextime I will read all the information, hey can I still get a 10% coupon if I buy some protein and the cookie mix.
Idea maybe on the cookie mix sample, you put the cooking instructions on the bag. Becasue I just thought it was the name of the protein, cookie mix. The same with the 10%, put it on the label name in the free samples. Thats my two cents.
