Thank you for the question. The only ingredients are 100% grain milled Flax Seed, 100% whey isolate protein powder, Hershey Healthy chocolate chips, sucralose, pure vanilla and backing soda.

Each cookie has over 500mgs of Omega 3. 10 grams of protein 5 grams of carbs with 0 sugar grams and 1 gram of healthy fat. NO butter. NO added salt. NO sugar. NO cholesterol.
