Start each round exactly six minutes apart. Your rest period is whatever remains after the run.
Rx'd 20 pound med ball
Wall balls: 20/20/19/20/20
Rope climb: 2/1/1.5/1.5/1
Total reps: 106
I kept my wall balls at around 20 so I could save some strength for my climbs. Those were really hard for me and I really had to use my legs to help.laurie@controlledlabs.com

Modified muscle ups with false grip rows/ring dips. Went from row to transition and half of the dips I was able to push directly up into extend position on the rings and some I had to jump cause I was soo tired.laurie@controlledlabs.com

Clean and Jerk 135/95 (squat cleans)
KB Swings 53/35
Ring Dips
Time: 13:43 using 44# kb and 95. The jerks were hard for me, mostly did split jerks. Switched from small purple band and toes on box for the ring dips.
Worked on getting into handstands holds after, kinda hard considering my arms were pretty tired. Was able to hold it for about 40 seconds. Went to try some shoulder presses after but my shoulders were just fried. Might make them up tomorrow.laurie@controlledlabs.com
