          Shoulder Press: 5x5 @ 20lb DB's
          DB Rows: 5x5 @ 30lb DB
          Pullups: 3x5 underhand narrow grip, 2x5 overhand wide grip

          Wake(5:30am): 2 RA capsules
          Breakfast(6am): 1.5 scoops whey, 1 cup milk, 1 tbsp PB
          Snack(9am): 2 eggs, 1/2 oz almonds
          Lunch(11:30): 1 cup chicken, cucs
          Snack(2pm): 1 can, 1/2 oz almonds
          Preworkout(5:30pm): 1 scoop whey in water, 2 RA capsules
          During Workout(6pm): 1 scoop PW, 1 scoop Storm
          Supper(8pm): 1/4 lb burger, salad

          Calories: 1385
          Protein: 158g
          Carbs: 40g
          Fat: 65g
          Fiber: 5g

          I wasn't really feeling into it today. I didn't want to work out, I didn't want to push myself. I'm really tired and I felt lazy. I hope this will pass. I think I'm just stressed a little over wedding stuff and such.

                Breakfast(6am): whey shake with milk and 4 oz cold coffee
                Snack(9am): 1 oz almonds
                Lunch(11:30am): burger and salad
                Snack(2pm): 1/2 oz almonds, 1 can tuna
                Snack(5:30pm): whey shake with water & 4oz cold coffee
                Supper(8:30pm): spinach salad with chicken

                Calories: 1695
                Protein: 144g
                Carbs: 54g
                Fat: 103g
                Fiber: 10g

                I don't know how accurate my macros are because we went out for supper and I tried to find my meal online, but who knows if it's right. I didn't get to work out today, had to do running around after work and work on wedding stuff that HAD to be done. Will try for Friday.
