                            • ya know, i read a really interesting article in muscle and fitness about taking 2 scoops of whey post workout. rather than 1 like ive been doing.

                              since doing that my recovery has been exponentially better. just a thought

                                I always use 2 scoops. 2 scoops = 50 G protein.
