First off, I wanted to say I have been a CL fan for over 2 years now. Started with whiteflood and never quit. The ability to keep me from building a tolerance is amazing. I just had shoulder surgery about 3 months ago.. I ended up tearing my RC from training MMA. I just bought another order of white flood and decided to buy the purple wrath this time.. I end up usually lifting about 6-7AM in the morning. How would you really suggest taking these to products to maximize the results.. Thanks alot again
