First off, I wanted to say I have been a CL fan for over 2 years now. Started with whiteflood and never quit. The ability to keep me from building a tolerance is amazing. I just had shoulder surgery about 3 months ago.. I ended up tearing my RC from training MMA. I just bought another order of white flood and decided to buy the purple wrath this time.. I end up usually lifting about 6-7AM in the morning. How would you really suggest taking these to products to maximize the results.. Thanks alot again

yup. only workout days too, you dont need these on off days. however if you do cardio on off days, purple wraath would be a great addition to that as well
