I just purchased a tub of GM sour green apple.
I have done research on creatine and quite a substantial amount of it recommand it to be taken AFTER a workout session.
On the other hand, i do understand that GM will be more effective consumed as a pre workout supplement.
Question,
Is it necessary to take it before and after workout or just either one of them?
If before, when should it be taken prior to my workout timing?
must we take it together with food?
