What would be the scoop/water ratio for taking WF-GM-PW for pre-intra-post ?

I take 1 scp WF/1 scp GM in 20oz water PRE
And when i was on PW i took 1-2scp in 20oz during

REally no set water ratio.
Try to go for 20 OZ plus and what ever tastes the best.CONTROLLED LABS

I like mixing WF/GM together in 18-20oz of water pre. And PW in 20-24oz of water intra.~Julie
