I’m new to the CL forum and had a question, I have been taking GM for a bit and so far I love it, but I also wanted to get some PW...Can I just mix the two together pre workout and take one drink or is it necessary to make separate drinks for each sup? I have also heard on off days PW isn’t necessary but the GM should be taken, is this true?
