Green Mag (LOVE IT)
Optimum Protein (Always have liked it)

So im thinkin this:

BG 30 mins - 1 hr pre cardio/lifting
Hit the gym, do cardio
Gulp down some GM pre-lift/post-cardio
Then tear it up!

Sounds good, I would keep a multi in there (if you weren't). BG is one of my fav's!! I'd pick up at least 2 at WheyCheap if you can -- really cheap and I think it takes about 2 bottles to get a TRUE sense of what it's all about.

I think im going to get it at massnutrition. I like that place a lot.
