Hey, any idea when golden gains might be available in Australia?
I see that i can't order any because it can't be shipped over here, i just REALLY want to try it!

I know but in my post shake I prefer 50g protein along with 50g protein per meal. To be honest my weight is why I have stayed away from GB. It cuts the servings down to 20 days instead of 30.

i am prolly in the same boat as you, but to be real, i underdose things all the time and still get results..

...I wouldnt be suprisded if some/most companies recommend over doses, knowing you'll waste most the product through urine but get the same results and thus need to buy more frequently....


and I believe studies shoiw that 20 or 30 grams of protein is all thats needed post workout to stimulate growth/recovery... theres an article in the most recent training & conditioning journal w/ the top protein doctors talking about what they've found ..

caught this gem, just a quick question about the meal after i normally do GG with milk for a mix, and then probably about 2 hours after that i eat a meal normally eggs/multi grain bread...should i be eating closer?

I got kicked out of Alberta like 4 years ago. The french lady( in customs) started making racial remarks to me about being native american. Then started ripping on the US. So i called her a few choice names.... and well she called half the airport police and they sent me on the next flight back to California! LOL
