true, that is just one of the MANY benefits

Just ordered BU/BG to add to my WF/GM/PW stack. Can't wait - hoping to put on some lean mass in time for my 20 year high school reunion in July.

I haven't quite made the plunge to try out Orange Triad, but that just might be the next thing to add to my stack once I run out of my multi/MSM that I have already.
