Ive recently ordered some purple wraath and I'm beginning my first workout tomorrow with it.
For awhile Ive been having a Pre workout shake that contained
8oz of milk
1 scoop ON whey
1/2 cup oats.
Id like to know if i should just stop having the whey and milk and just have a bowl of oats and a serving of purple wraath before my workout. And sip on another serving during my workout.
